It may sound surprising, strange or vaguely insulting, but our Fifteenth Reunion is coming soon – May 26 through 29, 2011!
We are looking for volunteers to lead the planning and execution of Reunions, and for the lucky ones who get involved it will be a blast! If you hate fun but you know some classmates who love it, then let us know: we're not only looking for people who volunteer themselves, we're also asking you to volunteer your friends. Yes, we want you to rat out the people you want to organize our 15th. And yes, you can nominate someone anonymously (we'll keep your name out of it).
In the near future we will be in touch to solicit ideas about Theme and Costume, but right now we are putting together the Reunions Committee (who will, among other things, help select the Theme and Costume). This is a terrific opportunity to reunite with old friends and make new ones, to give back to our class and Princeton, and to make our 15th the most fun and rewarding Reunions ever. There are all kinds of ways to be involved, all with varying levels of time commitment. Please let me know if you are interested or have questions.
In addition to finding an inspired leader (or leaders) to be our Reunions Chair, we are looking for people who are interested in being on the Reunions committee and have interest in any of the following areas:
Entertainment – live music, djs etc.
P-rade – bands, floats and props
Food and Beverages/Alcohol
Housing
Publicity/Promotion
Reunion Artwork
Costumes and Props
Alumni-Faculty Forum
Children’s Activities and Programs
Community Service Project
Finances and Registration
Headquarters & Transportation
Technology & Yearbook
Memorial Service
Alumni Association Liaison
Student Crew Liaison
Friends, this is a great chance to be involved with your class and have influence over what your 15th Reunion will be. Please volunteer yourself or nominate your friends. I look forward to hearing from you!
